Court House

Court House was a true passion project for the team. Our clients purchased the property and entrusted us with transforming it into their dream home before they moved in.

The brief was simple: achieve the highest possible standard of finish while incorporating the clients' personal style into this beautiful traditional townhouse. To begin, all existing lining paper was removed throughout the property, the walls were professionally plastered, and every room was redecorated using warm, carefully selected Dulux colours to create a welcoming and cohesive feel.

The renovation also included significant alterations to the layout, with the dividing wall in the kitchen removed to create a more open and functional living space. New flooring and carpets were installed throughout the home, while the bathrooms were completely refurbished with contemporary wall-hung toilets, new vanity units, and a stunning walk-in shower replacing the bath in the master en-suite.

Externally, the patio area was revitalised by lifting and relaying loose slabs, thoroughly cleaning the surfaces, and repointing where required, creating a beautiful outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.

Behind the scenes, extensive plumbing improvements were carried out, including the installation of a new boiler in a more suitable location, a new hot water cylinder, and the integration of two separate hot water systems into one efficient, unified system. We also completed a significant rewire of the property, removing a large number of plugs which had been improperly wired into other sockets and replace these with brand new, correctly fitted plug sockets.

From the initial strip-out to the final finishing touches, every detail was carefully considered. It was a genuine privilege to hand over this remarkable home and see our clients' vision brought to life.
